Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the services provided by ZenBody Mobile Massage and Bodywork ("ZenBody," "we," "us," or "our") to the client ("you," "your") who books a massage or bodywork session. By booking a session, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below.

2. Booking & Appointments

Minimum Booking Notice: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to book any service.

3. Cancellations & No-Show Policy

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Show: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, the session may be shortened to ensure the next client is not affected. You will be charged the full session price regardless of the length of the session.

4. Payment Terms

Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit/debit card, cash, or other electronic payment options as agreed upon at the time of booking.
Payment Due: All payments are due upon completion of the session unless otherwise arranged.
Travel Fees: Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area, as determined at the time of booking.

5. Health & Safety

Health Disclosure: It is your responsibility to inform ZenBody of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or other health concerns before the session. This includes, but is not limited to, pregnancy, cardiovascular issues, or musculoskeletal conditions.
Fitness for Service: ZenBody reserves the right to refuse service if the therapist determines that a client is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or is in any condition that may compromise their health or safety during the session.
Therapist Safety: For the safety and comfort of both parties, therapists are trained to stop a session at any time should they feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

6. Liability and Indemnity

Release of Liability: ZenBody Mobile Massage and Bodywork and its therapists are not responsible for any injuries or discomfort resulting from pre-existing conditions or improper post-session care except when caused by gross negligence or misconduct.
Personal Responsibility: You understand that massage and bodywork services are not a substitute for medical treatment. You are advised to consult a doctor before booking services if you have any health concerns or pre-existing conditions.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

ZenBody is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal and medical information. Any information shared during your session will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. Service Area

ZenBody provides mobile massage services within a specific geographic area. (Lakewood, Arvada, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Golden, Westminster, Thornton, Broomfield & Wheat Ridge). Please confirm your location during booking. Locations outside of the service area are subject to availability. ZenBody reserves the right to decline appointments outside of our service area.

9. Modifications to Terms and Services

ZenBody reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be communicated to clients in advance, and the updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

10. Termination of Service

ZenBody reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any client at any time for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, failure to adhere to health requirements, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By booking and receiving services from ZenBody, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
